MAX Legal Group is led by A. Raheem Elsaidahmed, a legal professional whose practice combines solid academic grounding with extensive practical experience.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2015, followed by a Master’s degree earned through two postgraduate diplomas in Public Law and Economics and Public Finance, contributing to a balanced legal perspective that integrates legal analysis with economic
understanding. He began his legal career in 2014 and founded a law and legal consultancy office in Egypt in
2015.
Throughout his professional journey, he has participated in the establishment and structuring of numerous companies within the United Arab Emirates, providing legal support to entrepreneurs and investors during company formation, contractual structuring,
and compliance stages.
In the field of dispute resolution and litigation, he has been involved in handling complex legal matters with an aggregate dispute value exceeding AED 150 million, whether through court proceedings or carefully negotiated legal settlements, with a consistent focus
on achieving practical and enforceable outcomes.
Since relocating to the UAE in 2019, he has continued to practice legal consultancy with full respect for the local legal framework and a clear understanding of the needs of individuals and businesses operating in the region. In 2024, his practice further expanded to include
administrative consultancy services in Dubai.
He is a registered member of the Egyptian Bar Association and possesses broad legal experience in both advisory and contentious matters across Egypt and the United ArabEmirates.
